Turn your favorite groomer into your own racecourse on the Redster G9 Revoshock S from Atomic. With a long turn radius and construction built for speed, these skis want to go fast and make long, precise arcs on piste. Utilizing the same tech as Atomic’s race-proven GS skis, this ski is incredibly powerful and strong, making them an ideal choice for recreational racers, ex-racers, and those who just want to go fast on firm snow.

Why we like it:

The Redster G9 is one of the best skis in its category and provides an incredibly rewarding experience on firm snow.

Who it's for:

Advanced to expert skiers will get the most out of this stiff race-bred ski, and recreational racers will find that it makes a perfect race league ski.

Highlights:

The Redster G9 Revoshock S is jam-packed with Atomic’s best race-proven technology. Revoshock S utilizes a series of spring steel modules embedded in elastomer to reduce vibration and feedback from the snow surface, which in turn provides a smoother, more precise feel. The Power Wood Core and Titanol Laminates work in tandem to provide an incredibly stable and powerful ski that enters the turn with ease and exists with energy and strength. In spite of its GS roots, the Redster G9 is still capable of making a variety of turn shapes thanks to its somewhat more forgiving nature, allowing those of us who don’t ski like Mikaela Shiffrin to feel like we do.

Things to consider:

The Redster G9 Revoshock S is not something you want to take into soft snow; there are better options even within the Redster lineup that have that racy, high performance feel with a bit more versatility. Intermediate skiers will find the G9 to be a lot of ski to handle, and would do better to look at a more forgiving carving option.

Fit & sizing considerations:

These ski true to size
